By using this website or purchasing any product or service through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Your Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register and for keeping your password confidential.
- We reserve the right to suspend any account that is misused or that violates these terms.
Training Courses
- A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed.
- Course fees are fully refundable if you cancel at least seven days before the course starts. No refunds are given once the course has begun.
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
Voice Services
- The client must provide a clear, final script before recording. The price includes a set number of revisions depending on the service.
- Usage rights to the recording transfer to the client upon full payment, for the agreed purpose only.
- We reserve the right to decline any script that breaches applicable regulations or public decency.
Store and Shipping
- Shipping is free within Saudi Arabia, with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
- Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- Products are covered by the authorized dealer's warranty, as provided by the manufacturer.
Equipment Rental
- Rentals are for use at our premises and require a copy of your national ID.
- The renter is liable for any damage caused by misuse during the rental period.
Private Consultations
- A session may be rescheduled once, at least 24 hours before its scheduled time.
